Full time position for a motivated, focused, organized MULTI-TASKING individual who has attention to detail with excellent communication/phone/people skills. Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word). Knowledge of Google Docs and Sheets is a plus.
This is a family run, local business in search of an upbeat enthusiastic employee to join our team.
Responsibilities include: Preparing and filing abandoned vehicle paperwork, answering incoming calls, dispatching drivers, following up on each call with driver & customer, tracking drivers on GPS, inputting invoices, accounts payable and various other project & tasks.
Shift is 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday IN OFFICE and every other Saturday 9am to 1pm IN OFFICE.
It is important to be familiar with the King of Prussia area.
Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office - Excel and Word
Experience with Google Docs/Sheets
Dispatch/logistical coordinator background a plus
Familiarity GPS Software
Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
