We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Durphy Packaging Company, a company that specializes in custom packaging solutions.
This role is a mix of reception and general office duties, ideal for someone who’s organized, communicates well, and doesn’t mind juggling a few different tasks throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phones and responding to customer emails
Entering orders accurately into our computer system
Filing paperwork and keeping records organized
Assisting with general office tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Good communication and basic computer skills
Someone who’s dependable and can work independently
Comfortable working in a small team and adapting to day-to-day needs
Prior office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Hours:
We’re open weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position can be part-time or full-time — we’re flexible and happy to work out a schedule that makes sense for both sides.
