We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team. This in-person role requires a commitment of 15-20 hours per week, spread over three days, and is perfect for someone who values accuracy and efficiency in administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate accounts payable and create bills.
Accurately record credit card transactions.
Utilize MS Office software, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Proficiently use QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping tasks.
