A growing wholesale business in Center City, Philadelphia is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This candidate must be detail oriented, organized, friendly and have skills to multi-task. Responsibilities for this position, include but not limited to signing for packages, processing invoices, sending and receiving certificates, ordering office supplies, greeting clients and answering the telephones.
Hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm, with 2 to 3 Saturdays a year.
