Our Mid-Atlantic Regional office is looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant with the personality, professionalism and skills to be the positive first impression of the organization for clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.

What the Role Involves:

You will provide administrative support (clerical/secretarial) services and engage with multiple disciplines (e.g. Marketing/Business Development, Estimating, Accounting and Construction Operations).

You will answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls.

You will organize, process and follow up on a variety of documents for construction projects, working on multiple tasks and shifting priorities while managing deadlines.

You will act as liaison with other departments, external contacts, clients, etc. to arrange meetings, clarify and resolve problems, coordinate work, maintain working relationship and public relations, etc.

You will prepare special reports, studies, statistical analysis, brochures, etc.

You will collect and review certified payroll from subcontractors for federal projects.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Four (4) year business or technical degree plus a minimum 2 years administrative experience or equivalent combinations training and related experience. Working knowledge of general office procedures plus ability to organize and coordinate group work efforts required. Proficient research, supervisory and communicative skills essential.
