POSITION:
Administrative Assistant
NEEDED FOR:
Consulting Office
HOLIDAY HOURS:
Monday through Friday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
SALARY:
$17.00 PH restrictions apply
PROSITION DUTIES
1. Answer office phones and respond to customers email inquires.
2. Send, prepare letters, invoices and other documents.
3. Schedule and confirm clients' office appointments.
4. Contact clients' via phone and email.
5. Keeping reception and conference rooms clean after Client meetings.
6. Other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
POSITION EXPERIENCE
1. MUST BE FAMILAR WITH MS WORD
2. Previous office Administration experience preferred.
3. Professional office dress attire (mandatory).
4. Must be able to follow directions and written instructions.
