This position works under direct supervision and performs a variety of assembly operations on electronic assemblies and/or sub-assemblies. The successful candidate will be trained in the set-up and operation of the Surface Mount Technology equipment along with other hand assembly and support tasks. Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
Qualifications
The successful applicant will have excellent attention to detail and dexterity and be comfortable working with numbers and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Install components according to detailed documentation.
Follow work process instructions and specifications, both written and verbal. Must have good communication skills
Be able to multi task.
Work cohesively in a team environment and adhere to all company and departmental procedures.
Electronic hand assembly and soldering experience is very desirable. Knowledge of printed circuit boards and components a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent is necessary. Computer knowledge helpful.
Pay based on experience. Estimated Salary $16.00 per hour.
