We are a high-end design studio located in Old City, Philadelphia. We specialize in custom wedding and special event invitations with a retail storefront offering beautiful gifts and accessories.
If you are creative, have excellent attention to detail and are interested in Invitation and Stationery Production and the Wedding and Event Industry, please reach out. Must be based in the area for an in- Studio work environment with consistent availability, including SATURDAYS. Candidate must be able to work independently, take critiques, flexible and resourceful, and go above and beyond. Seeking an energetic person who can wear many hats in a bustling studio, quick learner, multi-tasker, crafty and production duties, and a creative eye for merchandising retail space. Social Media Platform knowledge a must!
SKILLS / RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
ability to assemble invitations with bows/bellybands/ scoring / cutting / creating templates for
envelope lining etc. CRAFTY a must!
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, 1 year experience / Google platforms/ WORD and Excel / Criket
Ensuring orders always meet deadlines by continuing communication between all vendors.
Staying current with invitation, printing and design trends
Completes tasks independently in a fast-paced environment, and under tight deadlines
Knowledge of the wedding industry is a major plus!
Outstanding communication skills.
Proofing print files and Guest Address lists
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Updating calendar with timelines
stuffing and mailing of invitations for clients / trips to local Post Offices
Unpacking incoming shipments and packaging outgoing shipments

May be asked to work extra hours in high season / Longer hours during the Holiday season /position is

Hours: Tuesday – Saturday / Closed Sunday and Mondays
Hourly position, wage based on experience
