We are currently seeking an experienced workers’ compensation defense attorney with more than 7 years of experience to join our workers’ compensation group. The attorney must be comfortable with handling all aspects of a workers’ compensation case, including presenting witnesses for testimony, deposing expert witnesses, writing briefs and reporting to clients. Experience with medical malpractice defense a plus but not required.
Must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
