Position: Part Time Litigation Attorney (Litigation Document Drafting)

Location: Remote

Hours: 10-15 hours per week

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)

We are a dynamic law firm specializing in litigation across various practice areas. Our team is committed to delivering top-notch legal services to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our team on a part-time basis to assist mostly with drafting litigation documents, along with other matters, as they come up. This position can become a full-time position as well.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled attorney to draft various litigation documents, including but not limited to:

Complaints

Answers

Motions

Pleadings

Briefs

Discovery requests and responses

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong legal research and writing skills, and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and revise litigation documents

Conduct legal research to support document preparation

Ensure all documents are compliant with relevant laws and court rules

Collaborate with our legal team to ensure consistency and accuracy in all drafted materials

Meet deadlines and manage time efficiently to handle multiple assignments

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active bar membership in Pennsylvania

Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation

Strong legal research and writing skills

Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Previous experience working on a contract basis is a plus
