Sole practitioner plaintiffs’ litigation attorney looking for an experienced litigation paralegal due to our current paralegal’s retirement. The position requires being able to (1) file pleadings in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Federal courts, online and via mail; (2) the organization of deadlines; (3) handling discovery; (4) drafting letters, discovery requests and pleadings/briefs; and (5) handling phone calls from clients, adjusters and other lawyers.
