GHS is a company that focuses on making homes more energy efficient, servicing NJ and PA. We are currently looking for experienced crew leaders and helpers to train and promote to a crew lead. Experience in the Weatherization or HVAC field highly recommended , but we are willing to teach.
Requirements:
Must be hardworking and reliable
Able bodied for attic work
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Working knowledge with basic construction tools
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
Is able to professionally and politely communicate clearly to our customers and employees
Open availability
Responsibilities:
Helping our crew on various jobs including but not limited to air sealing, attic insulation, duct sealing, caulking, draft blocking AND HVAC. Working as a team to complete jobs efficiently with attention to details.
Salary:
$20-$30/hr
