Job Supervisor Duties Include:
Capable Crew Leader
Cleans at a high level
Drives workers to job site
Organizes workers to do the work that is scoped for the day
Ensures the quality of work being done is up to standards set for the job
Communicates with the City Cleaning management/owners:
a. Gets scope of work
b. Reports work status
c. Takes and returns paperwork necessary for the clients
d. Communicates any staffing needs and time off
Communicates with the Clients:
a. Gets scope of work
b. Review work done
c. Gets tickets signed
d. Gives client Crew leader contact in their absence
