JOB SUMMARY
We work in a team-driven environment handling property damage remediation and restoration. As you grow within the position and the company, you can work independently and, eventually, lead others. We have a proven system for training and career development that can bring you to earning top dollar in the field and growing with expanding knowledge in the construction industry. · Respond to assignments in 2-4 hours, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule. · Document Damages in a mobile app. · Remove affected material through Demo and disposal. · Install and monitor drying equipment. (heavy-duty air movers, Large Dehumidifiers) · Clean and sanitize indoor environments to ensure the safety of occupants. · Communicate with office personnel and insurance professionals.
