Job Title: Data Center Cleaning Technician / Cleaning Foreman
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week
Compensation: Competitive Weekly Pay (Direct Deposit every Friday)
As a Data Center Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities. Your role will involve a variety of tasks to ensure a hygienic, dust-free and orderly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintaining a dust-free environment in the data center, carefully cleaning electrical and mechanical equipment, piping, walls, and floors; as well as restrooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to management.
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning products and equipment properly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns professionally.
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to the jobsite
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights.
- US Citizens Only (Born in US cannot be naturalized)
- Previous experience in a cleaning or custodial role preferred.
- Experience using Scrubber machines, Boom lift operator and Scissor Lifts preferred.
