Material Handler/ Linen Attendant
Receives, unloads and loads hospital linen, clean and dirty and verifies accuracy and count of items received. Picking up and dropping heavy linen bags into laundry chutes, distributing clean linen to the entire hospital. Responsible for pushing carts with the linen and they must be pushed in a certain way since they are very heavy. Training in this procedure will be provided. Performing other duties within the Materials Management Department. Shifts available: 3pm-11:30pm, 11pm-7:30am.
Must be able to pass required hospital Background Clearances, Must have a Covid Vaccination.
This is a long-term temporary assignment.
