Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Some knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in maintenance or related field is a plus
