We are seeking a reliable and skilled handyman to join our small property management company. All Properties are within walking distance. This is a part-time position that offers flexible hours and can be worked around a full-time job.
Responsibilities include completing workorders, on our properties as needed, including but not limited to light plumbing, light electrical, and HVAC systems. EXPERIENCE WITH SERVICING SPLIT SYSTEMS IS A MUST
The ideal candidate will be able to handle workorders within 24-48 hours of submitted maintenance requests.
We are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and can work independently. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to supplement their income or work flexible hours.
