New Garage floor coating business that is growing. I have jobs that need to be done. Looking for someone with experience in grinding and the coating industry. 2 man team is typical in this industry but I have other guys that can help a crew out on larger jobs. Area we cover is Montgomery County, Delaware county, Bucks County, Chester County and some of Berks and Lehigh county. Product we install is Polyurea with flake and top coat of Polyaspartic. If you dont have experience but are looking to learn, I am willing to train the right person(s) for this position(s). I have a truck that you will be in to go to every job with a trailer and all the equipment needed to provide a great service. We can discuss pay based on experience and ability. Things required for this job are as follows:
1. Drivers license
2. Drug test
3. Back ground check
4. Speak english
5. Willing to work 5 to 6 days per week based on jobs
6. Start early in the morning most jobs you are done by 3 to 4 pm the latest.
7. Strength to push a grinder up a trailer. Its heavy but most guys can do it.
8. Ability to work on your knees for a little time during the job to grind with hand grinder around edges. (Basically be physically fit to perform the job. I am 56 and I can do this job so its not to hard.
9. Ability to learn and listen to directionswe work with coatings that need to be mixed properly. Easy directions and no problems will occur.
10. Leader and the ability to take charge.
11. The ability to drive a truck with trailer and knows how to back up a trailer.
