We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. The Facilities Technician will be responsible for inspecting and repairing our customers systems at various facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment
- Carry out repairs, including flooring, ceiling, walls, doors, painting, and finish work
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Supervise subcontractors during maintenance and repair projects
- Respond to facility emergencies and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner
Experience:
- 5-10 years of carpentry experience
- 3-5 years of electrical experience
- 2-4 years of plumbing experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Solid work ethic and communication skills
