SUMMARY:
Join Pohlig Homes, a high-end custom home builder, as a Construction Laborer. This is a hands-on, on-the-jobsite role supporting the Project Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent. You’ll help keep the jobsite organized, assist with tools and materials, and ensure projects run smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
- Move, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Follow daily task lists and construction plans accurately.
- Install protective measures to prevent damage to finished areas.
- Communicate progress and issues with Superintendents.
- Collaborate with team members and trade partners.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior construction experience preferred; willingness to learn required.
- Comfortable with physical, outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
