Cleaning help

Seeking cleaning assistance in my apartment. Duties to include washing dishes, cleaning out refrigerator, taking out trash, and all other general household cleaning. I am recovering from a broken shoulder and my apartment is a disaster as I have difficulty lifting or carrying anything. I will be present during the cleaning time to assist in sorting paperwork and clothing. I expect this to be a 5-10 hour assignment at $30 an hour cash.
