The Owner of Victory Support Services, Inc. (A Provider of Disability Services for over 30 years) is seeking to recruit a person(s) with a passion, energy, and skill set to assist in the field of disability services, homecare, property management, and transportation for the disabled and homeless.

A skilled person for this position knows that the duties of a high-level administrative support person such as this position requirements cannot be described fully herein this job posting but will include the following:

- Ability to work side by side to assist the Owner and Office Manager in managing the day to day operation of programs that will have up to 21 homecare/tenants and up to 42 caregivers.

-Assisting the Owner And Office Manager in enrolling new clients.

- Assisting the Owner And Office Manager in hiring staff.

- Opening and closing offices M-F (9 am to 5 pm)

- Data entry/ word processing/ desktop publishing

- Manage E-mails and mail correspondence

-Phone support/phone calls on Owner’s behalf

-Social media, TV, radio content updates and maintenance

-Running errands

-Shopping

-Light office keeping

-Scheduling appointments and trips

- Client and Staff pick up/drop off

-Scheduling and overseeing office contractors

- Maintain all filing systems in the office and keep them up to date.

- Maintain a clean and orderly appearance of the offices.

- Conducting research for the Owner.

- Communicating with staff, suppliers, and clients.

- Collating and filing expenses.

- Typing, compiling and preparing forms, presentations, and correspondence.

- Unemployment filing.

- Employee Verification filing.

- Family Court filing.

- Setting up business meetings.

- Assisting the Owner in the procurement of rental and service contracts and addendums.

- Submitting business forms to clients.

- Creating job AD's on job boards.

- Screening applicants and volunteers.

- Scheduling on-site job Assessments for recruits to meet with the Owner for potential hire.

- Assist in placing new hires in an adequate position based on their skill sets.

- Service account manager. – Populating and sending out service agreements and invoices and estimates to clients.

- Call applicants for a preliminary interview via phone.

- Scout for potential new employees to build our agency staff registry.

- Create and modify pre-existing job AD's.

- Assist in conducting interviews.

- Populate new hire personnel folders.

- Greet new hires when given a position with the company.

- Motivate and have discussions with employees.

Education/Training

Please understand this a very unique position that will lead to executive-level leadership and benefits to those who display the proper education, training, and hands-on experience that achieve financial growth and saving. Productive Community Services and honorable success in the communities we serve. Therefore, a regionally and/or nationally-accredited education school offering career diploma programs and certificate programs and/or a degree in healthcare administration is preferred. Also, Internship or experience working for a:

Licensed home care agency

License home health care agency

License assisted living facility/ Personal Care Home Administrator

License skilled nursing facility or related institution

Licenses Adult Day Facility is a plus.

Our program's industry requires our office staff to have a strong skillset in enrollment follow-up, billing and collection, regulatory compliance, staff scheduling, ongoing recruitment and vetting, outreach, and marketing.

Compensation

Salary is negotiable and based on experience and verifiable references
