Optical office staff

Family owned and operated eye doctor office. Duties to include the following:Greet and check in patients.Answer telephone, schedule appointments-and make reminder calls, Place orders, Check patient insurance information, Billing, show patient's eyewear, Check voicemail, assist owner in some administrative duties. 30+ hours a week. Must be punctual and trustworthy and able have minimal call outs.
