Our company, a contracted Medicaid provider of the Community Health Choices Caregiver Program (CHC), is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator in the Philadelphia area who possesses strong community connections and can effectively recruit clients eligible for at-home care through Medicaid based on a health professional evaluation. We also offer leads to support our candidates in getting started, along with commission and bonuses.
Previous experience as an Outreach Marketer is highly preferred. Additionally, there's a potential bonus of up to $1,000 for qualified referrals and ongoing commission.
Responsibilities include:
Marketing and recruiting patients
Following up on leads and referrals from family members, caregivers, and other sources
Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills
