Dental assistants must be reliable and well-organized with great attention to detail, but above all must be FRIENDLY. You must be able to follow instructions and strictly follow office protocols. You must be comfortable working in a very high paced environment. Excellent communication and listening skills are required to not only ensure a positive patient experience, but also to cultivate collaboration among co-workers.
