Job Description:

RESEARCH Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and organized Clinical Research Coordinator / Clinical Research Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about advancing medical research and contributing to the development of innovative therapies and treatments. The ideal candidate will play an integral role in supporting clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and assisting in the coordination of research activities.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Research Coordinator:

- Oversee daily operations of clinical research studies and ensure adherence to protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

- Prepare and maintain study documentation, including consent forms, regulatory submissions, and trial master files.

- Act as a liaison between study participants, investigators, and sponsors to facilitate smooth communication.

- Monitor trial progress and ensure timely reporting of data and adverse events.

- Conduct training sessions for research staff and site personnel on study protocols and procedures.

- Assist in the recruitment and retention of study participants through effective communication and support.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with institutional and regulatory guidelines.

- Assist the Clinical Research Coordinator with daily study-related tasks, including data collection, organization, and entry.

- Support participant recruitment efforts by preparing materials, scheduling appointments, and facilitating informed consent processes.

- Conduct preliminary evaluations of study participants and monitor their adherence to study protocols.

- Document and report any issues or concerns that arise during the clinical trial and assist in resolving them.

- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during research team meetings.

- Help in the implementation of quality control procedures to ensure accuracy in data handling.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED; associate’s degree or higher preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Basic knowledge of clinical research principles and practices is a plus.

- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
