Weekend Line Cook with FOH/ BOH responsibilities

Sun 8:30am- 4:30 pm

FOH- cash register, phone calls, taking orders, shop keeping, simple drinks, and order assembly
BOH- Prep, short order cooking, line work (oven, stove), dish washing, kitchen maintenance, closing up.
Skills
Knife work : consistent and fast/ minimal waste, organized approach
Hospitality: service oriented, clean and organized, professional and outgoing with public throughout shift
General kitchen: able and willing to produce items quickly ( with attention to flavor, temperature, texture,
and presentation), keep line clean and organized and consistently within code for food safety.
Communication: Clear speaking skills, English, writing, desire to work in a team environment.
Attitude: Professional behavior, practices, and language through the shift. We have an open kitchen and high visibility.
Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs/ Ability to stand and work for full 8 hours/ Ability to go up and down stairs/ Ability to
read and follow recipes/ Ability to use and maintain kitchen equipment safely.
Must be focused at work & keep phone off or down/ on mute while working
