Job Summary
Responsible for daily restaurant operations and actively ensuring a superior guest experience through excellent service. Supports the member of the management team and entire staff by organizing, planning and directing activities in all aspects of dining room service front of house and beverage programming.

Essential Duties:
Responsible for supporting and meeting daily restaurant operations to ensure a superior guest experience in our dining room
Collaborate with the management team in analyzing and recommending methods to drive sales, manage profitability, fulfill operating hours to include all controllable spending (payroll, COGS, invoicing)
Assists the management team in hiring, training, developing, scheduling and evaluating employees through daily line-up, staff programs and daily evaluation of restaurant service performance.
Enforces company standards, policies, and procedures, including sanitation, safety, dress codes, and cash handling
Interacts with guests to obtain feedback; effectively responds to and handles guest issues and complaints at all times acting as a brand ambassador
Encourages a positive work environment for all staff
Qualifications
4-5 years restaurant experience
1 year management experience
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
