We are hiring for a shift leader position at our scoop shop in Fishtown. You will work closely with upper management and will have the opportunity for advancement and growth.

Some of the job requirements include:
- Friendly customer service
- Scooping Ice Cream
- Making waffle cones
- Cleaning and maintaining a sparkling environment
- Cash register operation
- Opening and closing work
- Weekly side work
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Training new employees based on documented processes and procedures
- Providing feedback to employees based on documented processes and procedures
- Basic cash management
- Inventory management
