Green Valley Country Club is seeking a highly motivated, creative & energetic individual to join our culinary team. We are seeking to fill a full-time benefited line cook position. Must have a full range of availability-day-evenings weekends and holidays with very few late night shifts. We want TEAM Players!

Essential Job Functions:
Experienced in all cooking methods, including grille, saute, broiler, fry, pantry, etc.
Prepare food of consistent quality and portion standards on both hot and cold food stations.
Daily prep for the hot station to include soup production.
Check pars for shift use, and line set-up/ breakdown.
Maintain a clean work area.
Practice safe work habits.
Perform other duties requested by management.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years experience.
Must have reliable transportation.
