Bredenbeck's Bakery is one of the most well-known and oldest bakeries in the Philadelphia region. From its start in 1889, Bredenbeck's is an all-from- scratch bakery, which specialities in wedding cakes, custom cakes and gourmet pasties. We would love for you to join this family-run business's team.
The pastry team assembles and decorates custom pastries from our dessert line for orders, as well as our store's display cases. The team collectively creates a new and unique seasonal menu. This is an excellent opportunity for you to learn from many pastry professionals.
Core responsibilities include:
-maintaining a clean and organized work station
-follow recipes to company's standards
-work efficiently and respectfully while preparing pastries
Job requirements include:
-must be a team player
-must have a strong work ethic
-must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
-must be available to work weekends and some holidays
-must process a positive and professional attitude
-must be able to work in a fast pace environment
-must have experience working in a bakery setting prior
-must have reliable source of transportation
