We are looking for PREP COOK for a new fast- casual restaurant with a focus on fresh baked breads, dumplings, dips and sides. Experience with dumpling making & pleating is highly preferred.

Qualifications
At least 0-2 years relevant kitchen experience.
Awareness of basic kitchen practices, e.g. FIFO and labeling, etc.
Dumpling making and pleating is a huge plus
Ability to perform basic kitchen prep tasks such as chopping, peeling, cleaning
Cleanliness in and out of the kitchen
Ability to read and follow recipes set in place by the chef
Punctuality
Any of these get you bumped to the front of the line:
Experience working with large volumes of dough in a similar setting, such as a pizza shop, bakery, dumpling shop
Customer-first mentality
Familiarity with Middle and Eastern European cuisine
Ability to work on weekends is preferred but not a must
