- Strong leadership skills
- Servsafe food handler certificate
- Creative with a passion for kitchen and sushi foods
- Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures/clean as you go operating standards
- Dependable, motivated and organized
- High levels of personal appearance/grooming standards
