Skills/Requirements
1+ years experience working on the line in a leadership role
Must have hands on experience with fast paced sauté, grill station (ability to temp meats), fryer, pantry and the ability to precisely follow recipes
Willingness to cook breakfast foods Saturday and Sunday mornings
Excellent and professional work ethic
Ability to work clean and fast
Ability to work full-time, nights and weekends required
Desire to work as part of a team
Food Safety Knowledge and excellent knife skills
