The responsibilities of the Cook-Lead Line position include:
Making large batch quantities of menu items.
Assisting with the cafe food prep.
Preparing short orders.
The ability to address customers needs.
Our café has an open kitchen environment located in Reading Terminal Market.
The right candidate must have good organizational skills and be able to work cleanly and professionally.
