Hiring Kitchen Staff

2300 / bar2300 is an entertainment venue located in South Philadelphia specializing in professional ring sports i.e. MMA, boxing, wrestling as well as live music, private and corporate parties. We are looking for help in the kitchen. Our facility has several different components We have our snack bar which services our larger events in fast-paced environment, serving simple food. We make what we can in house i.e pizza, cheese steak eggrolls, quick basket items. We also have bar2300 which is our bar area where we host smaller more leisurely events and would like to get a little more creative with our bar menu. At the moment we are an event driven establishment primarily opening on the weekends but have plans on opening daily come fall when we will be looking to expanding our menu. looking for someone who is passionate about food, self motivated and willing to take over the kitchen. Hours vary but Average at 30hrs weekly. Please respond with relevant experience
