compensation: Hourly + Tip
job title: Bartender / Server for a high volume bar
Looking for motivated individuals that enjoy being people facing, bartending and being part of a small passionate team
Key to this role
- Worked/ trained or willing to learn bartending, take instruction and follow recipes
- Have great people skills and able to be customer facing. Ensuring customers feel valued
- Work effectively with Barback, bussers, kitchen and other team members
- Keeping the workspace organized, clean and know the process of setting up/ breaking down a bar
- Practice cleanliness and abide by hygiene needs
- Ability to adapt and work in varying customer volumes
Availability during weekdays, early evenings and weekends. Ideally we would require a minimum of 30 hours or more in shifts
