Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Food Service Team Member to prepare and serve our delicious falafel sandwiches and other menu items. This position requires a passion for food service, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities:
Prepare food items, including chopping vegetables, making sauces, and other prep work as needed.
Assemble and serve falafel sandwiches and other menu items according to our recipes and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work station, including food preparation areas and customer service areas.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions, and resolving any issues.
Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
Ability to stand for extended periods
Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
Requirements:
Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation.
