Artesano Bar in Philadelphia's vibrant Manayunk neighborhood is seeking an experienced, energetic bartender to join our dynamic team! We're a unique establishment combining a café, plant shop, and bar all in one location at 107 Green Lane.
Located just below the iconic Manayunk Bridge, Artesano Bar offers both indoor and outdoor spaces with great drinks, good food, and unforgettable vibes. We pride ourselves on expertly crafted cocktails, from classic Espresso Martinis to seasonal specialties like our Spice Brown Sugar Espresso Martini and Caramel Apple Mule.

Part-time Thursday to Saturday: 4pm-11pm (3 days per week)
What You'll Do
Opening duties: Open the bar and complete full setup for service Preparation: Prepare and serve classic and seasonal cocktails, beer, and wine Table service: Provide full table service including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and managing guest experience from bar to table Service: Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere Operations: Handle transactions accurately using Toast POS system Maintenance: Maintain bar cleanliness and organization throughout service Inventory: Restock inventory and supplies Guest engagement: Engage with guests and make recommendations Closing duties: Complete clean-up, break down bar area, and close the physical store
Requirements
Minimum 2 years bartending experience required Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Bartending school certificate preferred Knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine, and spirits Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be 21+ years old Weekend availability essential Reliable transportation RAMP Training required within 30 days of hire Important: Applications without a resume will not be reviewed.
