To ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen, we are currently seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team as a Dishwasher & Prep Cook.
Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas.
Assist in food preparation like scrambled eggs, vegetables, various potato prep, and more
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
Create and follow through with daily prep sheet
Requirements:
Previous experience as a dishwasher and/or prep cook is preferred.
Ability to work weekends and 1-2 days during the week.
Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
