Lpmg Cleaning is looking for experienced part-time airbnb cleaner's to join our team. Our ideal candidate's are self-starters, have an eye for detail, and are reliable.
All of our properties are located in Philadelphia within a 5 mile radius of Rittenhouse Square. We have airbnbs in Rittenhouse square, Fish Town, Mantua, and Penns Landing. You will have to travel from one location to another. Parking may be limited in certain areas.
Looking to hire 2-3 cleaners.
PART-TIME ONLY
FRIDAY - MONDAY 10am - 4pm
WEDNESDAY'S & FRIDAY'S 10AM - 4PM
Must be able to travel from one location to another, public transportation is fine, parking may be limited at some locations.

Responsibilities
-Travel to customers property in a timely and professional manner
-Reliable transportation or knowledge of public transportation systems
-Review & complete cleaning checklists
-Upload cleaning pictures to our mobile app
-Sanitize and disinfect all high touch surface areas
-Clean bathrooms; vanities, sinks, mirrors, toilets, showers, and tubs
-Make beds
-Wash linens, fold towels, wash dishes
-Sweep and mop floor’s
-Dust all surface areas, shelving, and ceiling fans
-Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery areas
-Dust blinds and clean windows
-Empty trash bins
-Report damages
-Mop floors
-Check and report low inventory
-Follow our cleaning processes
Schedule
Friday - Monday: 10am - 4pm
Wednesday's & Friday's: 10am - 4pm
Qualifications
-High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
-Must pass a background check – State and National
-Reliable and self-motivated
- Must be on time
-Good understanding of cleaning supplies and chemicals and how they are used
-Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
-Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
-Ability to lift 20 - 30 pounds and climb stairs
-Must be able to stand and bend for extended periods
- Must know how to use a smart phone or tablet
Compensation
-Training will be for a period of no less than 2 - 4 weeks at $12.50 per hour
- Once training is complete you will be brought up to $15 an hour
-Pay is Weekly; every Friday
-Bonuses available based on performance and availability to pick up bonus shifts
