Role Overview
Feast is looking for a calm under pressure, get things done attitude, responsible for coordinating all aspects of warehouse operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow for events at our commissary kitchen. This part-time hourly position will work in-person out of Feast’s Fishtown headquarters.
Duties/Responsibilities
Coordinate deliveries for events, manage inventory, and optimize warehouse processes to meet both internal and external customer demands and company goals.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, including receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and delivery.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of event orders from the sales and culinary teams.
Manage inventory control procedures and maintain accurate inventory records.
Provide guidance to warehouse staff in daily operations to ensure adherence to safety protocols, operational procedures, and quality standards.
Implement best practices for warehouse cleanliness, organization, layout, and workflow optimization.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and carriers to coordinate logistics activities and resolve operational challenges.
Assist with technical layout and food station setup for events with minimal direction from sales and culinary teams.
Assist with cleaning, breakdown, and transportation and delivery of Feast products and event materials post event
Load and unload vans for all events, on site and at Feast’s commissary kitchen, with help from other team members, as needed.
Complete Pack Out lists based on menus and consultations with event and culinary teams
Ensure items are properly re-shelved after events.
Working as on-site event staff is a plus.
Make takeout food deliveries as needed.

Working knowledge of Mac-based computer software (Word, Excel, Google Docs).
Must have English language fluency.
Education & Experience
Proven experience in warehouse operations and logistics coordination, with at least 1-3 years in a coordinator role.
Experience in the catering, restaurants, foodservice, and hospitality is preferred
Working knowledge of catering equipment is preferred
Physical Requirements
Able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Able to work in varying elements, including indoors and outdoors, uneven walking surfaces/terrain, locations with stairs.
Able to lift, carry and move heavy objects that may exceed 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks as required.
Able to endure prolonged physical activity.
