Cantina Los Caballitos is a busy Mexican restaurant in the heart of East Passyunk. We are looking for hard working individuals to join our front of house team for the rest of the summer season and beyond. If you thrive a busy restaurant and love working outside, send us your resume!
Responsibilities of the Runner position are:
- Running food, bussing tables, assisting servers
- Keeping the bar stocked with canned beer, liquor, glassware, ice, etc
- Following recipes to make batched cocktails, margarita mix, and fruit purees
- Assisting the closing staff with end-of-night sanitation duties
- Must have availability to close (we are open until 2am every night!)
- Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
