Now Hiring Bartending Position Part-Time/ Weekends
Restaurant & Bar seeking experienced bartender - Open 'til 2am
Requirements:
-Knowledge of beer and mixed cocktails
-Experience organizing and stacking kegs (up to 150 lbs), sankey troubleshooting
-Basic wine knowledge
-Ability to manage over 20 seats and service tickets
-Capable of cleaning and talking at the same time
-Willingness to learn new beers and push specials
-Multitasking
-Cleanliness - will be responsible for nightly/weekly tasks
-Organized with tickets & money handling
-Accountability
-Happy to engage with a diverse clientele
-Diligent in ID'ing guests at the bar
-Comfortable asking guests to start a tab or to pay before a beverage is made
We are looking for an individual who can uphold our house policies and maintain a positive work environment under pressure.
Our establishment has a strict no homeless/non paying guest policy when it comes to sitting in the dining room or using our bathrooms. It is crucial to be able to identify suspicious individuals and promptly greet and engage them.
We expect the bartender to have spacial awareness of the doors/entrances and exits.
