Seeking Experienced Bartender with Interest in Cafe-based Cocktail Program
Char & Stave, the new coffee/Cocktail concept from Bluebird Distilling, is hiring coffee-minded Bartenders for our new Café & Stave Cocktail Bar in Downtown Chestnut Hill which opened September 2023. Our launch in Chestnut Hill has been overwhelmingly successful and we are already ready to grow our great staff. This position requires afternoon/evening availability.
Coffee-by-Morning, Whiskey-and-Cocktails-by-Evening, Char & Stave’s flagship café features our house-roasted coffees in artfully crafted coffee beverages and cocktails throughout the day, and into the evening. With whole bean coffee retail as well as our locally produced Whiskey, Vodka, Gin and Rum available by the bottle to-go, Char & Stave is Chestnut Hill's premier beverage destination.
We are looking to hire Bartenders for Char & Stave. Cocktail program will feature a coffee focus, along with traditional classics and require hybrid bartender/barista execution at times. Cocktail-centric beverage program, with other light offerings. Passion for Hospitality and Positive Outlook are requirements. Cocktail Bartender Experience a plus, but not required.
