Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for a Workplace Coordinator. As a Workplace Coordinator, this role involves interacting with various teams and ensuring the building spaces are well-organized and conducive for all users. What you get to do every single day: Deliver top-notch customer service to both internal and external visitors. Oversee the front of house services and effectively handle incoming inquiries. Coordinate the physical arrangements for events and meetings, including setting up furniture, signage, and equipment. Keep track of space and room bookings daily and maintain current event calendars. Assist other facilities team services when necessary. Use various platforms to manage daily activities. Handle receptionist duties and concierge services. Oversee planning and catering services to enhance the workplace experience.
