Recommends the allocation of resources to existing businesses, the acquisition of new businesses and the disposition of existing businesses. Plans the overall direction of the Strategic Planning department. Drives change transformation and strategy execution to achieve specific business results. Creates business strategy to focus on strengths, competitive advantage and differentiation. Incorporates broad knowledge to address complex, unusual and critical issues. Develops long-term plans that impact the achievement of business results. Recognizes profitability and revenue potential in business opportunities. Demonstrates leadership versatility.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities:

Responsible for setting the 5-year supply strategy of the organization, partnering across Comcast Advertising and Comcast Cable executives.

Actively evaluate both inbound and outbound opportunities to further differentiate and grow both the ad tech and sales team’s businesses.

Demonstrate mastery of executive presence, prioritization, and business acumen.

Creates company business model. Evaluates the economics and business models of specific products/services, companies, and industry sectors. Plans organization direction and strategy accordingly.

Supports the launch of new products by working with key constituents across several business unit functions (e.g., product development, programming, operations etc.) to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Initiates business development and partnership discussions, including distribution, technology/product, content, and monetization deals.

Develops strategy for environmental scans, organizational positioning analysis and other studies relating to the Company's growth and profitability.

Communicates strategies and direction effectively across the organization.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Professional Experience & Qualifications:

15 + years of experience working in Video Advertising, AdTech or Media experience is a must.

Existing industry relationships to drive collective action.

Deep understanding of advertising ecosystem to make the complex, simple.

Proven leadership with experience cultivating trust and building relationships.

Experience driving enterprise-wide change management/transformation.

Experience leading strategy in an evolving environment.
