Job Title: Transportation Technical Design LeadJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Transportation Technical Design Lead to oversee our projects in Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will perform and manage transportation-related projects across Highway, Bridge, or Traffic sectors. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documents, summaries, reports, calculations, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports. The role also involves coordinating with clients and leading a team of engineers and designers.Hard Skills

BS Degree in Civil or related field

15+ years of progressive transportation engineering experience

Pennsylvania P.E. license

PennDOT and City Of Philadelphia experience

Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation

Soft Skills

Demonstrated ability to lead a team of engineers and designers

Ability to manage coordination with clients
