- Monitor and maintain voice, telephony, UCC systems including configuration, installation, optimization, support
- Act as first point of escalation for telecom incidents, service fulfillment request tasks, and processing change orders
- Local travel for telecom training, deployment, and repair
- 2+ years Cisco Unified Communication Administration experience
- Monitoring/maintenance, training, configuration, deployment, installation experience with Voice, Telephony, and UCC systems
- Must have your own vehicle for local travel as needed
- Reliable
- Excellent communication skills to work with business users and other IT teams
- Cisco Cube Router experience
- Cisco UCCX experience (UCCM, Unified Communication, etc.)
